Meet the University of Wyoming Volleyball coaching staff!
Kaylee Prigge

Kaylee Prigge

Head Coach

2023 was Kaylee’s first season as head coach and fifth season with the Cowgirls. Kaylee came to Wyoming after serving for two years as an assistant coach at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where she helped lead the Flames to two-straight seasons of 17 wins or more. Prior to arriving at UIC, she served as an assistant coach at Southern Illinois, where she was key in planning the program’s recruiting efforts, organizing summer camps and handling day-to-day office operations.

Kaylee played at Tampa from 2010-12. She was a member of three SSC and South Region championship squads, and helped the Spartans reach two national championship matches in three years.

Becky Baker

Becky Baker

Associate Head Coach

2023 was Becky’s fourth season with the Cowgirls.

Baker was the head volleyball coach at Laramie High School since the fall of 2015. During her time with the Lady Plainsmen, Baker was a three-time Wyoming Coach of the Year on the West side of the conference, receiving the honor each of the last three seasons. While at LHS, Baker helped lead her teams to five top-five finishes at the state tournament with two fifth-place, two third-place and one second-place finish.

As a player at UW, Baker was a two-time Mountain West All-Conference honoree (2012 and 2013) and a three-time Mountain West All-Academic Team member (2011-13). 

Justin Dueck

Justin Dueck

Assistant Coach

Dueck was hired in January of 2024.

Dueck spent the past 2 seasons as an assistant coach at Stony Brook University.  He helped lead the Seawolves to a top 4 finish in the Coastal Athletic Association and trip to the semi-finals in their conference tournament. 

Prior to Stony Brook he spent time as a volunteer assistant coach at both Creighton University and Auburn University.  Dueck started his collegiate coaching career as an assistant coach at Fresno Pacific University for 6 years.

Darshaya Gallard

Darshaya Gallard

Assistant Coach

Gallard was hired in March of 2023.

Gallard spent six seasons as the head coach at Central Wyoming. In her last two seasons, Gallard led the Rustlers to the NJCAA National Tournament where they finished seventh in 2022 and ninth in 2021. Central Wyoming combined for a 52-19 record in the last two seasons while Gallard was named the Region 9 Coach of the Year in 2021.

Prior to her arrival to Riverton, Gallard spent 2016 and 2017 as an assistant coach at Seward County Community College. Before that, Gallard was an assistant for a season at Cowley Community College.
